Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if possible. Any appointments that are reschedulled or cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment day and time will incur a fee payable before any further appointments can be booked and attended by you; unless prior arrangements have been made with and accepted in writing by Prosperous Enlightenment Management. Any monies paid are non- refundable unless proir arrangements and written consentual agreement for refunds has been sought from and received by Prosperous Enlightenment Management.
