Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us a minimum of 4 hours (where possible) before your scheduled appointment. This can be done via phone call or text message. In cases of emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible before your scheduled appointment. In the event a staff member is not able to assist you immediately, we will endevour to reach you via phone or text message as soon as possible to discuss your cancellation and reschedule your appointment with you.
