Prosperous Enlightenment is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your personal information.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is personal information and why do we collect it?

 

Personal information is the information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of personal information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

This personal information is obtained in many ways including interviews, correspondance by telephone, by email, via our website www.prosperousenlightenment.com.,from your website, from media and publications, from other publically available resources and from third parties.

We collect your personal information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your personal information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

When we collect personal information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

 

Sensitive Information.

 

Sensitive Information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origion, political opinions, memberships of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

Sensitive information will only be used by us only for the primary purpose for which it was obtained, for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose and with your consent; or where required or authorised by law.

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your personal information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

However, most of the personal information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

You may access your personal information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your personal information, please contact us in writing.

Prosperous Enlightenment will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge and administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information.

In order to protect your personal information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

 

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information.

 

It is important to us that your personal information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up-to-date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree that I have read and understood all the information provided and agree to abide by the policies/procedures set by Prosperous Enlightenment. If I have any questions or queries, I agree to contact Prosperous Enlightenment to receive answers or have my query/queries resolved (to the best of Prosperous Enlightenment and/or their staff's ability) before making any statements (either written or verbal) that can leave a negative impact on Prosperous Enlightenment. I agree to conduct myself and all contact made with Prosperous Enlightenment (either written or verbal) in a poilte and non-abusive or threatening manner. Prosperous Enlightenment will conduct all their business with me in a professional and polite manner.

RETURN POLICY

If a product is damaged upon receipt, contact must be made by the purchaser within 7 days of receiving the item/s via email to hello@prosperousenlightenment.com and must include the following: a photo of the damaged item/s in its original & unopened packaging, proof of full purchase details including purchaser name & address, full purchase amount and that the item has been paid for in full. Returns will not cover a change of mind from the purchaser or if the purchaser has not followed the product directions or misused the product (ie did not use the product for its intended use, modified or altered the product from its original form). Purchaser must return the product/s at their own expense (with a tracking number) in its original and unopened packaging and item/s must be received by Prosperous Enlightenment within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once the products have been received by Prosperous Enlightenment (within the 30 day period), you will receive a credit/voucher for the cost of the item/s purchased (minus shipping costs) that can be redeemed via our online store.

APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS

You should receive a text message from us asking you to confirm your booking. If, for any reason you do not receive the text message from us, please cotact us and we will rectify the situation to the best of our ability. All appointments must be confirmed by you before your appointment can proceed. Failure to confirm your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment, forfeiture of any and all monies paid, and may impact on your ability to secure our services in the future. A no show/no contact fee may also be charged to you which must be paid prior to any future request to us for further services. Cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment must to be submitted to us via text on +61422401808 or email hello@prosperousenlightenment.com 24 hours before your appointment time. If you contact us (Prosperous Enlightenment) less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, the impact of future appointments is at the descretion of Prosperous Enlightenment. Failure to confirm and/or attend your appointment will result in "no show and no contact" or "no contact" marked next to your name and may impact your ability to work with us in the future.

We understand that life happens and sometimes we have no control over outside events and influences. Contacting us is always the best option in these cases. The no show/no contact fee may be waived and any marks against your name may be removed.

We are dedicated to our clients and fully commit to assisting them the best we can to achieve the desired outcomes. We respect our clients time and ask they respect ours in return. Prosperous Enlightenment is a safe space. We do not tolerate any form of abuse. Anyone who is verbally or physically abusive will be removed from the session and may be prohibited from accessing our services in the future.The abuse may also be reported to the authorities and legal action may be taken against the abuser. When requesting/accessing any of our services, you must be of legal accountability (sound mind and of legal age) or have your legal guardian fullfill the legal responsibilities of the appointment (proof of legal guardianship is required). Agreement to all our policies must be given by you (the client or legal guardian of the client) before any and all services can proceed. This assures our clients understand their rights and responsibilites and allows time for any questions to be resolved by us (to the best of our ability) prior to the appointment; therefore allowing a more productive use of time and session outcomes.

Usage of Prosperous Enlightenment Materials, Website, Goods and Services

Copying and/or redistribution in any form of any part or as a whole of any materials,goods and/or services produced by/for Prosperous Enlightenment is strictly prohibited unless authorised by express written consent from Prosperous Enlightenment and/or their representative. Only one print per purchase is allowed unless otherwise specified in writing by Prosperous Enlightenment and/or their nominated representative and is intended for personal use only. All rights reserved without prejudice by Prosperous Enlightenment and/or their nominated representative to include the usage of all products and/or services produced by/for Prosperous Enlightenment.

Any breech of these conditions of purchase will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By continuing the use of our website, the purchase of of our materials, goods and services and, participating in our courses you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out above.
